Sunday J A Plus 酒店 (Sunday JA Plus Hotel)

飯店附近吃的和夜店和便利商店都很方便，只不過住宿很吵雜，隔音會比較不好，飯店的浴缸和設施比較老舊，燈光比較暗、早上自助餐就沒有很多選擇，除了這些外都還不錯，六樓的酒吧不錯，還有游泳池，調酒師很熱情，樓上的馬殺雞按摩算平價，按到睡著

房間整體來説比較大，帶個小陽台，可以抽煙，但是設備比較老舊，主要應該是接待旅行團的，我在網上定了第二天，但是不讓我住要退掉了，蚊子比較多

想省錢的可以住這間，游泳池有點髒不太敢下水，其他都還算可以。

房間根本不是2024年裝修，至少20年了 和同學一起前行的入住時候感覺極度不安全⚠️ 衞生間：80年代裝修 一進門大衣櫃：味道很難聞，衣櫃側面還有灰毛毛 不知道這種酒店訂房網站怎麼審核的 酒店後面是高爾夫球場，養的很多狗，晚上會嗷嗷叫 二樓平台上有一層簡易屋頂，可以直接爬到二樓

❌ BLOCKED SINK + BROKEN TOILET - REFUSES TO FIX ONE OF THE WORST PLACES I EVER STAYED AT. TOO MUCH TROUBLE This is more of a guesthouse type establishment , not sure why they try and brand themselves as a hotel. This is more expensive compared to other places I stayed at here in Pattaya. PROS: 30ish mins walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall and the Soho town. CONS: *check out time is 11:30am - every other hotel is 12pm.. they really want to cut off 30mins? Wow *night club right beside hotel - can hear music and people outside, difficult to get any rest. At 6am there are still many people on the street waiting to go home *dirty room , not cleaned beforehand *very old furniture *depressing, dull looking room *SINK COMPLETELY BLOCKED when I checked in, and takes at least an hour for the water to drain. Then next morning it was completely clogged. *TOILET WON'T FLUSH - was working before but randomly stopped.. flushed twice then no water in the tank, had to refill the water myself - no help from staff *told reception about the broken bathroom but seem very indifferent as if I am a big inconvenience to them - you guys took money from me but don't want to deliver? *LIED ABOUT FIXING SINK - they lied about the engineer coming and fixing the sink. I told them about the issue and they said they will come take a look at it. When I came back during the evening it was still still blocked. Nothing was fixed. It wasn't until I went back down to reception a 2nd time and told them the sink was unusable that they actually went on the phone and called the engineer guy to come, I waited in the lobby for him, so I can make sure they aren't lying again. The guy DID come this time, thankfully - he unscrewed the pipes to unblock the water, and to drain the hair that was clogging it. He told me the previous person staying there was most likely cutting his hair in the sink. He also used cotton buds to clean the hole and took out more hair obstructing the entrance. A 2nd person came with a plunger for Christ sake. I ended up tipping the engineer when he left to thank him for helping me. He was a young fella, nice, polite, and didn't complain about the job. *LIED ABOUT FIXING TOILET - see above, I have to refill the tank with water myself in order to flush the toilet. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. You took my money and gave me a room that isn't livable. *VERY DISHONEST RECEPTION (see above) Never been to such a hotel where the equipment was so bad.. people are actually paying you money for a room, they don't want to waste time complaining to you about this and that, just a quick place to crash for the night. Instead I had to go to reception over and over again and tell them the problems that should have been fixed before I even checked in. This place caused me a lot of trouble. Why is it so difficult to fix the bathroom so other customers don't encounter this silly nonsense? DON'T RECOMMEND - plenty of other cheaper places to stay, and they have the same amenities, also bigger and cleaner rooms with balcony. I would completely AVOID this guesthouse by all means.

這個價格，我是花不到200元人民幣訂的，酒店是3星級，酒店7樓還配有吧枱和游泳池，通透涼爽，房間也大，衞生間帶浴缸的， 位置的話離荷里活酒吧大約800米，走不到10分鐘，想來玩的可以考慮訂

房間比較一般，入住後常常有毛巾，牙刷，水忘了放。希望能夠改進，地理位置好，出門就有酒吧。俱樂部等很方便

優點：離市區很近，環境還可以，衞生也可以 缺點：酒店旁邊有幾個酒吧，慢搖吧，音樂聲音很大，到半夜5點才結束，吵的根本睡不著，睡眠質量不好的朋友千萬不要住這裡，我住了一晚就退房了

做為到芭達雅第二+第三天的住宿飯店，相較於第一天飯店之下，設施環境及方便性算還可以，以平價旅宿而言性價比還行，缺點就是位於知名夜店後方，入夜到凌晨噪音影響睡眠，可能另一向房間較無感覺。

酒店屬於老式酒店，跟國內90年代的旅社差不多，價格因為稍微有點偏，價格比較實惠。 優點：酒店房間比較大，周邊的環境比較優美，鬧中取靜，價格相對便宜。 缺點：酒店年代較長，設備設施比較老舊，房間內的保險櫃比較老式，沒有使用，距離芭達雅海灘鬧市街區大概1.5公里，步行20分鐘，與芭達雅海灘幾百米周邊的同價位酒店相比較，最多也就屬於3星。 過渡住一宿性價比還是可以的。
